and then life

We learn how to manage our thoughts and mind through books and knowledge, and how about our body? I think exercise is a good way to practice how to manage our body, especially DANCING. People have to concentrate on control of the body in every rhythm. And I consider every rhythm I take control of my body is like every moment I take control of my life.
Challenge myself
Personally, I really admire someone who has expertise in Hip-Hop, so I prefer this style. I’m still willing to try different styles because I don’t want to lose any chance to develop my muscles and body coordination. Maybe I’m not born to dance, but I hope I can be the one who looks confident and enjoys dancing. Dancing is an opportunity for me to challenge and push myself to do something I am not familiar with.
Confidence
My shy soul needs more confidence. So, I practice stepping onto the stage and show myself.
Teamwork
I really love the time I practiced with my friends and enjoy the feeling on the stage.
Patience
Making my body follow up with my brain in every rhythm needs practice and patience.
Perseverance
I always cut the difficult thing smaller even spend a longer period until I make it.
Happiness
Dancing is not only a way to spread happiness but also to glorify the Holy Trinity.
Fun
There is no right or wrong. What I need to do is just to concentrate on how to show myself.
